LB Hackney has submitted outline plans for the redevelopment of the Kings Crescent Estate.

The plans, designed by PCKO Architects for the estate on Queens Drive involve the  renovation and extension of the existing buildings, and the construction of new buildings between 4 and 11 storeys in height to create 765 new or renovated flats, along with some retail, cafe and community space.
