Redimore’s plans for a 30 home mixed use scheme on Hackney Road have been approved.

The plans, designed by Duggan Morris Architects for a site at 154-160 Hackney Road involve the demolition of the existing buildings and the redevelopment of the site to provide a five storey building retail, restaurant and gallery space at ground and basement level with 30 flats on the ground, lower ground and upper floors.

The development has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating.
